The PTO pellet machine is a small feed/biomass pellet manufacturing machine. It has an innovative design that is driven by the tractor's PTO (power take-off), making it more convenient than pellet machines operated by electric motors or diesel engines. This machine is equipped with a jack shaft and different spline couplings which allows for easy connection and disconnection with the tractor or truck.
Our design also extracts energy from the tractor and transmits it to the different tools.

It is powered by tractor traction and is easy to move, directly achieving direct granulation in the field and solving the dependence of electric motor granulators on electricity.

Applications:
Widely used, it can suppress livestock pellet feed and process biomass pellets. The equipment has a simple structure, wide applicability, small footprint, and low noise. This equipment is composed of a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, an electric control box, a motor, etc. The template and pressure roller are made of high-quality alloy steel and specially treated.
The main shaft and flat mold of the feed granulator drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction, and the pressure roller and template generate high temperature to ripen the starch. Under the compression of the pressure roller, the particles are discharged from the mold hole, and the user can adjust the length of the particle feed independently.
Classified by structure: moving disc and moving roller type
Working principle of feed pellet motorized disc and moving roller:
- Moving disc feed granulator: refers to the spindle driving the flat mold to rotate, while the pressure roller does not move. Moving disc flat mold granulator for the production of feed/small yield sawdust particles.
- Moving roller feed granulator: refers to the spindle driving the pressure roller to rotate, while the flat mold does not move. The moving roller flat mold granulator is used for large-scale production of sawdust particles.
